They help break down the overwhelming workload that accompanies many new projects into manageable elements using their deep knowledge of these processes. Also, Project Managers leverage the management processes to provide tailored, client-specific processes mapped to the business objectives and requirements ensuring original project objectives are met.

The Project Manager:

  • Develops flexible, customized project planning according to the client’s specific requirements, knowledge base and resources

  • Manages each step of the implementation on the client’s behalf

  • Provides project planning, estimating and tracking

  • Provides administration and financial reporting

  • Communicates with other CMC team members, vendors

  • Alleviates the client’s expense to educate, train, and manage in-house processing

  • Assures the client of proficient and knowledgeable guidance to lead through a successful deployment
