The Platform Solutions team member is the liaison between the client and their chosen platform. The Platform Solutions representative is subject matter expert and expedites communications on behalf of the client. This team deals with the technical aspects of managing information and settings on the host platforms such as FDR, TSYS, and Fiserv (VisionPlus).

Platform Solutions:
