The Client Account Executive serves as the client’s primary point of contact for daily servicing support once a new product is launched. They are intricately involved in the daily business of managing the client’s portfolio. These service-minded professionals have industry experience that enables them to provide the client with accurate and timely solutions for any servicing issues related to their products.

The Client Account Executive:

  • Serves as liaison between the client and all involved internal CMC departments

  • Hosts weekly activity conference calls with clients and CMC representatives

  • Tracks all inquiries

  • Manage all activity logs including projects, new services, and daily services

  • Participate in regular site visits at the client’s location and at the CMC location

  • Facilitates the relationship between the client and third-party processing platform such as FDR, TSYS, and Fiserv (VisionPlus)
