Our CultureEmployee Service AwardsCMC values the contribution that highly engaged employees make to the company. We reinforce teamwork and drive results for our clients. Those who exhibit a strong commitment to teamwork and adapt the “It’s my Management” work style may be considered for nomination in the Annual Awards. The Stakeholder is CMC’s most prestigious award and is given to only one individual who acts, works and thinks of CMC as his or her own company. The Annual Performance Excellence (APEX) award is given to multiple individuals who produce a high volume and quality of work, and promote a positive attitude. Employees Provide Community ServiceCMC’s employees are focused on service – not only on the job – but in our community as well. The People Committee, complete with individuals from every department, sponsors morale boosting events throughout the year for all CMC employees. Most of these activities also double as local fundraisers. The “Food Bank Monday” for instance, is a monthly event. Employees are allowed to dress casual for work provided they donate either food or cash to the local food banks.
