This program locates the platform of record to retrieve information into a streamlined interface that agents use to service your customers. Utilizing its client empowerment tools, Contact Manager can grow your profitability. These tools allow you to specify the exact customer service parameters to be delivered via screen queues displayed to the representative. For example, CMC can perform credit line increases upon cardholder request. Contact Manager will empower the representative to perform that function while on the phone with a customer. If you have not empowered CMC to perform that function, the option will not be presented.
